Prompt return of phone calls by him not some stand in. Thorough in explanation of process, and what to expect. Utilizes a private forum with which clients can access documents, and communicate in one nice neatly organized client portal without unnecessay need to meet face-to-face. That alone is a huge time saver for me as a busy client. I have used this firm in the past, and I feel 100% at ease knowing C.Gargonese, Jr., Esquire is handling my case. Highly Recommend.
